Question for those that did the Sturgess ride. What did they do right! What did they do wrong? What do you wish they had as an optional?

A few of us went to Sturgis last year with a company based in Queensland.
I definitely would not travel with them again.
They upped the price after the deposits were paid, changed some of the quality
hotels on the itinerary for out of the way options, the ride was often at
speeds that many could not cope with and not conducted safely with 5 bikes
smashed and multiple serious injuries.
Some of the riders should not have been allowed to ride Harleys and people got
lost.through mismanagement.
